Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start a free 30-day trial. No credit card required. There is only the one plan, so the trial gives you the whole product rather than a limited tier.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
You can add or remove users at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. There is no contract and no minimum term, so you can cancel whenever you like.
How does billing work for multiple users?
Billing is simple - it's $49 per user per month. Add or remove users anytime, and we'll prorate the charges accordingly. You're only billed for active users.
Do I need a Clio account?
No. Docketman runs on its own, with every document, calculation and ledger feature available. The Clio integration saves entering the matter twice if your firm already runs on Clio.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For multi-user accounts, we can also arrange for ACH payments or invoicing.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. You can start your free trial immediately and begin automating your closings right away.
What kind of support do you offer?
Support is by email, at support@docketman.com. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.
Can multiple team members use one account?
Pricing is per user, so everyone on your team gets their own login. Matters and documents are shared across the firm, so anyone can pick up a closing.
